The First Election District shall contain all that part of the city bounded by and lying within New York Bay, Prospect avenue, Fourth avenue, Twentieth street, Third avenue and Nineteenth street.

The Second Election District shall contain all that part of the city bounded by and lying within Fourth avenue, Prospect avenue, Sixth avenue, Seventeenth street, Fifth avenue and Nineteenth street.

The Third Election District shall contain all that part of the city bounded by and lying within Nineteenth street, Fourth avenue, Twentieth street, Sixth avenue, Seventeenth street and Fifth avenue.

The Fourth Election District shall contain all that part of the city bounded by and lying within Sixth avenue, Twentieth street, Fourth avenue, Twenty first street, Fifth avenue and Twenty-fourth street, including Greenwood Cemetery.

The Fifth Election District shall contain all that part of the city bounded by and lying within New York Bay, Nineteenth street, Third avenue, Twentieth street, Fourth avenue, Twenty-first street, Fifth avenue and Twenty-second street.

The Sixth Election District shall contain all that part of the city bounded by and lying within New York Bay, Twenty-second street, Fourth avenue and Twenty-sixth street.

The Seventh Election District shall contain all that part of the city bounded by and lying within Fourth avenue, Twenty-second street, Fifth avenue and Twenty-ninth street.

The Eighth Election District shall contain all that part of the city bounded by and lying within New York Bay, Twenty-sixth street, Fourth avenue and Thirty-third street.

The Ninth Election District shall contain all that part of the city bounded by and lying within Thirty-third street, New York Bay, Thirty-ninth street and Fourth avenue.

The Tenth Election District shall contain all that part of the city bounded by and lying within Fourth avenue, Twenty-ninth street, Fifth avenue and Thirty-ninth street.

The Eleventh Election District shall contain all that part of the city bounded by and lying within Greenwood Cemetery, Fifth avenue, Thirty-ninth street, Fourth avenue, Forty-sixth street and the Thirtieth Ward.

The Twelfth Election District shall contain all that part of the city bounded by and lying within Fourth avenue, Thirty-ninth street, Third avenue and Forty-fifth street.

The Thirteenth Election District shall contain all that part of the city bounded by and lying within Third avenue, Thirty-ninth street, New York Bay and Forty-seventh street.

The Fourteenth Election District shall contain all that part of the city bounded by and lying within New York Bay, Fifty-fourth street, Third avenue and Forty-seventh street.

The Fifteenth Election District shall contain all that part of the city bounded by and lying within Third avenue, Forty-fifth street, Fourth avenue and Forty-ninth street.

The Sixteenth Election District shall contain all that part of the city bounded by and lying within Fourth avenue, Forty-sixth street, Thirtieth Ward and Fifty-second street.

The Eighteenth Election District shall contain all that part of the city bounded by and lying within Fifty-second street, Thirtieth Ward, Sixtieth street and Fourth avenue.

The Nineteenth Election District shall contain all that part of the city bounded by and lying within Fourth avenue, Fifty-fifth street, Third avenue, Fifty-fourth street, New York Bay and Fifty-seventh street.

The Twentieth Election District shall contain all that part of the city bounded by and lying within Fifty-seventh street, Fourth avenue, Sixtieth street and New York Bay.
