4) The Fourth Election District is bounded by Allen, Rivington, Norfolk, and Delancey streets.

5) The Fifth Election District is bounded by Allen, Delancey, Norfolk, and Broome streets.

6) The Sixth Election District is bounded by Allen, Grand, Norfolk, and Broome streets.
